概览
Sensnap 帮助你在 iPhone、Widget 和 Apple Watch 上记录与查看位置、海拔、气压、运动、天气和路线信息。本政策说明 Sensnap 会处理哪些数据、如何使用这些数据，以及你可以如何控制权限、保留、导出和删除。
Sensnap 不要求创建账户，不出售个人数据，也不会把你的传感器记录用于广告追踪。
我们处理的数据
Sensnap 只处理你启用相关功能所需的数据。根据你的使用方式，可能包括：
- 精确或近似位置、坐标、海拔、方向、速度、水平精度和垂直精度，用于地图、轨迹、坐标展示、水印和历史记录。
- 设备运动与传感器数据，例如加速度、陀螺仪、磁力计、相对海拔、气压和活动状态，用于实时仪表盘、趋势图、Widget 和 Watch 预览。
- 通过 Apple Weather / WeatherKit 基于当前位置获取的天气信息，以及网络不可用时的本地缓存展示。
- 采样历史，包括时间、海拔、气压和坐标，用于历史趋势、轨迹回放、CSV 导出和跨设备展示。
- 最小化的本地诊断日志，以及你在 iOS 中选择与开发者共享时 Apple 提供的崩溃报告。
数据用途
这些数据用于提供实时传感器卡片、地图定位、背景采样、历史趋势、轨迹回放、照片水印、系统分享、小组件和 Apple Watch 体验。
除系统能力必须使用 Apple 服务的场景外，处理尽量在设备上完成。我们不会将数据出售、经纪转让，或与无关第三方数据集合并用于广告。
存储与保留
传感器样本和历史记录默认保存在你的设备上。Sensnap 会使用 App Group 让主 App、Widget 和 Watch 相关能力访问必要的最近快照。
如果系统或你启用了 iCloud 相关能力，部分数据可能通过 Apple 的基础设施在你的 Apple 账户下同步。iCloud 数据由 Apple 按你的账户设置、iCloud 条款和保留政策处理。
你可以在 App 内调整历史保留、清理指定范围数据，或删除 App 以移除本地数据。已经同步到 iCloud 的副本遵循 Apple 的删除和保留机制。
数据分享与披露
Sensnap 不出售或出租你的个人数据。数据离开设备通常只发生在系统服务需要、你主动导出或分享，或法律要求的场景。
- Apple 框架，例如 MapKit、WeatherKit、Core Motion、CloudKit、WidgetKit 和 BackgroundTasks，会接收完成系统职责所需的最小数据。
- 你主动导出的 CSV、截图、照片水印或通过系统分享面板发送的内容，会交给你选择的目的地。
- 如适用法律、法律程序或可执行政府请求要求，我们可能披露必要信息。
天气数据由 Apple Weather 提供。
购买
如你购买 Sensnap Pro，购买流程由 Apple StoreKit 处理。Sensnap 会接收用于解锁功能的权益状态，但不会接收或保存你的完整支付卡信息。
你的选择
你可以随时通过 iOS 设置管理定位、运动、后台刷新、照片和通知等权限。关闭权限后，依赖这些权限的功能可能无法继续工作。

儿童
Sensnap 不面向儿童提供服务，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
非安全或医疗工具
Sensnap 是个人户外记录和传感器查看工具，不是导航救援、安全认证、医疗诊断或专业测绘设备。请不要把它作为唯一的安全判断依据。
政策更新
我们可能会随着 Sensnap 的变化更新本政策。如有重大变更，我们会更新生效日期，并在 App、发布说明或官网中展示修订后的政策。

Sensnap Privacy Policy

Overview
Sensnap helps you record and view location, altitude, pressure, motion, weather, and route information across iPhone, widgets, and Apple Watch. This policy explains what data Sensnap processes, how it is used, and how you can control permissions, retention, export, and deletion.
Sensnap does not require an account, does not sell personal data, and does not use your sensor records for advertising tracking.
Data We Process
Sensnap processes only the data required for the features you enable. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:
- Precise or approximate location, coordinates, altitude, heading, speed, horizontal accuracy, and vertical accuracy for maps, routes, coordinate display, watermarks, and history records.
- Device motion and sensor data such as accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, relative altitude, barometric pressure, and activity state for live dashboards, charts, widgets, and watch previews.
- Weather information retrieved through Apple Weather / WeatherKit using your current location, plus local cached display when the network is unavailable.
- Sampling history including timestamps, altitude, pressure, and coordinates for trend charts, trajectory playback, CSV export, and cross-device display.
- Minimal local diagnostic logs and crash reports provided by Apple if you have opted in to share them with developers through iOS.
How We Use Data
This data powers live sensor cards, map location, background sampling, history trends, trajectory replay, photo watermarks, system sharing, widgets, and the Apple Watch experience.
Processing is kept on-device where possible, except when Apple services are required for system capabilities. We do not sell, broker, or combine this data with unrelated third-party datasets for advertising.
Storage and Retention
Sensor samples and history records are stored on your device by default. Sensnap uses an App Group so the main app, widgets, and watch-related features can access the necessary recent snapshots.
If system settings or enabled features use iCloud, some data may sync through Apple infrastructure under your Apple account. iCloud data is handled by Apple according to your account settings, iCloud terms, and retention policies.
You can adjust history retention, clean a specific range of data inside the app, or delete the app to remove local data. Copies synced to iCloud follow Apple's deletion and retention mechanisms.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
Sensnap does not sell or rent your personal data. Data usually leaves your device only when a system service requires it, when you choose to export or share it, or when required by law.
- Apple frameworks such as MapKit, WeatherKit, Core Motion, CloudKit, WidgetKit, and BackgroundTasks receive the minimum data required for their system responsibilities.
- CSV files, screenshots, photo watermarks, or items shared through the system share sheet are handed to the destinations you choose.
- We may disclose necessary information if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.
Weather data is provided by Apple Weather.
Purchases
If you purchase Sensnap Pro, purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit. Sensnap receives entitlement status needed to unlock features, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Your Choices
You can manage location, motion, background refresh, photos, and notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings. If you turn off a permission, features that depend on that permission may stop working.
You can use in-app export tools to generate CSV files or share watermarked images, adjust history retention, or clean history samples. For privacy help, email info@zenvale.com or use the feedback option in the app.
Children
Sensnap is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Not a Safety or Medical Tool
Sensnap is a personal outdoor logging and sensor viewing tool. It is not a rescue navigation, safety certification, medical diagnosis, or professional surveying device. Do not rely on it as your only source for safety decisions.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy as Sensnap changes. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and present the revised policy in the app, release notes, or website.
